How does support actually work?
Email me when you need help and I’ll schedule the work. Gigante Tech is a proactive managed service, with planned work during evenings and weekends. It isn’t a 24/7 emergency hotline; most requests are resolved within a few working days, often sooner.
Am I tied into a long contract?
Business IT Care plans roll monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Standalone Watch & Care is prepaid annually for a 12-month term, with 30 days’ notice before renewal.
Do you look after Macs as well as PCs?
Yes, both equally. I look after Mac, Windows and mixed teams, including Microsoft 365, encryption, security settings and backups.
Do you visit customers’ premises?
Yes. I provide support remotely and through scheduled visits to your business premises. On-site support is included in the 4–10 and 11–15 staff plans. I serve Worthing and nearby West Sussex, including Lancing, Shoreham, Goring, Findon and Littlehampton. For other plans or projects, we’ll agree the scope first.
What’s the difference between the two care services?
Watch & Care is automated monitoring and a weekly report. Business IT Care includes that monitoring, plus personal IT management and support. You can have monitoring on its own for £390 a year, or choose a monthly plan from £49.
Are Microsoft 365 licences included?
The plan covers administration and the services listed for your team size. Third-party software licences and hardware are supplied separately, with the costs and scope agreed before work starts.
